Just a not-photography-related-at-all clip of me riding my bike with my boy for the first time. This parenting gig just gets better and better! Loving it.

I know it's already January 7, but 2022 - What. A. Year! The year I became a mum and welcomed my son into the world. The year that took me across Melbourne and Adelaide to photograph some wonderful weddings, families, couples and a proposal! The year that I focused more on the moments and less about the stuff. Hopefully I encouraged you to do the same through @less_stuff_more_meaning and @ethicalmez

Come and see what a day in the life of a wedding photographer looks like. This wedding was photographed at @pottersreceptions for @solitudeandsky.

Taking photos for me is way more than just clicking a button or editing a photo. It's about connection. Life goes so quickly and we don't often put aside the time to just connect and be with each other; even though it's incredibly important. That's why I started this business 9 years ago. I wanted to help people to connect with one another and to capture moments important to them.

Melissa and Chris - a few hours ago!

In my humble opinion, Greyhounds are the best dogs ever. They are couch potatoes. Love a good cuddle. Good for people who live in apartments. I mean, look at these two! A few weeks ago I got to photograph Maria and David and their two gorgeous fur babies. Adopted from @gumtreegreys - the same rescue organisation Will and I adopted Billy from, these two pups are bloody adorable (and look at their cute @houndtees outfits!) Swipe to see some of my favourites from their session. Have you ever thought about having a family session with your fur baby/ies? You should totally do it.

The divine Lily had her baptism last month and it was an honour to be there to photograph it. This was the second baptism I have photographed and I truly loved it. It really is so special to be able to capture an important family moment. How cute does Lily look in her baptism gown?! Would you believe that this is a family heirloom?!! Amazing. Thank you for having me photograph your moments.

A late night post for you all but this time a year ago these two eloped in beautiful Daylesford! The weather was horrendous (kind of like Saturday was for all you Adelaide folk!), but Jen and Aaron took it on like the champs that they are and nothing could dampen their day. Was so special to also be pregnant with Jen this time a year ago, and now we have our little boys here with us Earthside.
